To act conceited and prideful, which is SIN!

Meet The Founder

Jeff L. Robertson

The man behind the mission. Jeff Robertson's dream to share how to live the authentic life through manhood training becomes a reality.

Mission
To share with men three (3) very simple, yet powerful, principles on the true meaning of how to live an authentic life through manhood training.

Purpose
To assist fathers, and men in general, with the necessary skills to help train their sons and the younger generation on how to become an authentic men of purpose.

Method
When a young man turns twenty-one (21) years of age, we hold a "Rites of Passage" Ceremony to initiate him into true manhood. Once the young man officially becomes a Tender Warrior, he has a "responsibility and requirement" to become involved with other organizations within their community, such as 100 Black Men of American, Peaceoholics, NAACP, the Urban League, Black in Government (B.I.G.), Street & Prison Ministries, 100 Fathers Inc., The Coalition of Concerned Christian Men, NO MURDERS DC, the Michael Walton Foundation, "Da Movement" and many other organizations to help save our community.

Three Principles A Tender Warrior Must Embrace

  • A Tender Warrior is to be "tender hearted" not "passive".
  • A Tender Warrior accepts responsibility in every area of his life and does not blame others for his shortcomings.
  • A Tender Warrior respects authority!
